    Our physical boutique salon is located at 490 6th Ave, New York, NY 10011, United States. We invite you to visit us in person in the West Village for high-end nail care and to explore our retail collections.

Ordering & Policies

  • What happens if I need to change my order?
    Please contact our support hotline or email immediately. Because we process retail orders rapidly (0–1 business day), we can only modify or adjust details if the order items have not yet been packed or prepared for carrier pickup.
  • Are there any restocking fees?
    No. We believe in transparent, premium service. Wistaria Nail Spa enforces a strict $0.00 Restocking Fee policy across our entire retail inventory for all eligible returns.

Shipping & Store Pickup

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States to maintain strict quality control and timely tracking. We do not provide international shipping routes at this time.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    Standard domestic shipping is completely Free on all orders over $50.00. For retail orders under $50.00, a predictable flat-rate fee of $4.95 is applied at checkout.
  • How long does delivery take?
    Our operational logistics follow strict pipelines:
    • Handling Time: 0 – 1 Business Day (Processed 7 days a week).
    • Transit Time: 3 – 5 Business Days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
    • Total Estimated Arrival: 3 – 6 Business Days from payment confirmation.
  • How does Free Store Pickup work?
    Simply select the "Pick Up" button on your checkout screen to instantly remove shipping costs. Most retail orders are completed and ready for pickup within 2 hours. You will receive an automated "Ready for Pickup" email as soon as your items are set for collection at our Manhattan boutique.

Returns & Damages

  • What is your return policy?
    We back our retail products with a 14-day return window for all eligible items. Items must return to our facility completely unused, unopened, and sealed inside their original manufacturer packaging.
  • Which items cannot be returned?
    Due to strict medical safety and hygiene codes, any nail sets, polishes, dip powders, liquids, or manicure tools that have been unsealed or used are strictly non-returnable. Spa bookings, clearance items, and gift cards are categorized as final sale.
  • What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
    We take extreme precautions when packing your orders. However, if a retail item arrives broken, please email support@wistarianailspa.com within 24 hours of courier delivery. Provide your unique order number alongside high-quality photographs of the damaged product and box for an instant replacement layout.
