4. Returns & Refunds

We maintain a transparent 14-day return framework for eligible consumer merchandise:

  • Standard Items: Consumers hold full rights to return unused, unopened retail accessories within 14 days of verified delivery.
  • Hygiene Exemptions: For health and medical safety reasons, any nail sets, polishes, dip powders, liquids, or manicure tools that have been unsealed, tried on, used, or modified are completely exempt from returns. Gift cards, clearance items, and spa service bookings are categorized as final sale.
  • Transit Damage Reporting: If an item arrives broken, you must alert our support desk via support@wistarianailspa.com within 24 hours with clear photo evidence to activate an immediate replacement or full refund.

5. No Restocking Fees

For all eligible, authorized returns, Wistaria Nail Spa charges $0.00 Restocking Fees. Return shipping labels and postage fees for remorse-driven "change of mind" returns remain the sole financial responsibility of the consumer.
