Whether it’s premium nail care products, retail items, or boutique accessories, we want you to be completely delighted with your order. To ensure fairness and clarity for all our customers, we have outlined our straightforward 14-day return policy below.

1. Product Hygiene & Health Exemptions

Due to health regulations and the specialized nature of our inventory, the following items are strictly exempt from standard returns:

  • Hygiene & Safety: For health and safety reasons, any nail sets, polishes, dip powders, liquids, or manicure tools that have been opened, used, tried on, or removed from their original factory packaging cannot be returned.
  • Final Sale: Any items explicitly marked as clearance or final sale at the time of purchase, as well as digital gift cards and in-person spa service purchases.

2. Standard Returns

For eligible, standard retail items (such as completely unopened retail packaging or unused tools):

  • Notification & Return Window: You have 14 days from the absolute date of delivery to notify our team and dispatch the item back to our Manhattan boutique.
  • Condition: Items must remain entirely unused, unopened, in their original packaging structure, and in perfect resalable condition with all seals intact.

3. No Restocking Fees

We believe in honest, transparent business standards. Wistaria Nail Spa charges $0.00 Restocking Fees for all eligible returns.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If a retail item arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we will fix it immediately:

  • Reporting window: Please report any damage or missing components within 24 hours of verified carrier delivery.
  • Evidence: Email clear photos of the damaged item and the original exterior shipping container to support@wistarianailspa.com.
  • Resolution: We will issue a full refund or express out a replacement package for any items confirmed as damaged or defective during transit.

5. Refunds Processing

  • Processing Timeline: Once your return arrives at our facility and undergoes inspection, your refund will be compiled and processed within 7 business days.
  • Payment Channel: All credits are returned straight to the original payment method used during checkout.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Remorse: For standard change-of-mind returns on eligible items, the customer is responsible for procuring the return mailing label and shipping fees.
  • Our Error: If we accidentally dispatch a wrong item or your merchandise arrives defective, Wistaria Nail Spa will fully cover all return shipping costs.
