- Service Area: We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not support international delivery at this time.

- Standard Shipping: A predictable flat fee of $4.95 applies to all orders under $50.00.
- No Hidden Fees: We do not charge handling or surprise processing fees; taxes are calculated transparently at checkout.
2. Handling & Order Cut-Off Times
Our fulfillment system operates 7 days a week to ensure your luxury retail items are prepared promptly:
- Daily Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).
- Handling Time: 0 – 1 Business Day.
- Processing: Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET are processed, packed, and handed over to the carrier within 24 business hours.
3. Transit Time & Delivery Estimates
- Transit Time: 3 – 5 Business Days.
- Total Estimated Delivery: 3 – 6 Business Days from the time payment is verified.
- Carriers: We partner with trusted logistics networks including USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You will receive an automated tracking link via email as soon as your label is generated.
4. Free Local Store Pickup (West Village, NYC)
If you are in the Manhattan area, skip the courier transit window by collecting your order directly from our boutique salon:
- Pickup Location: 490 6th Ave, New York, NY 10011.
- Ready Time: Orders are prepared and ready for in-store collection within 2 hours during operational retail hours.
5. How to Order for Store Pickup
Shopping our digital catalog and picking up your order in person is fast and simple:
- Select Your Items: Add your desired nail care products and retail press-on sets to your cart.
- Choose "Pick Up" at Checkout: On the customer information screen, select the "Pick Up" button. This will instantly subtract all shipping costs.
- Wait for Notification: You will receive an initial "Order Confirmation" message, followed shortly by a "Ready for Pickup" email.
- Collect Your Order: Visit our West Village salon during standard operational hours. Please bring your Order Number and a valid photo ID.
6. Tracking & Delivery Accuracy
- Order Tracking: Real-time package monitoring links are provided inside your shipping confirmation notification email.
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check all fields at checkout. If a carrier returns an undeliverable shipment due to a structural typing error on the address, customer-side reshipment fees may apply.
7. Delivery Issues & Damages
If an unexpected transit problem occurs or your luxury item arrives damaged, please email support@wistarianailspa.com within 24 hours of arrival. Include your order ID alongside sharp photographs of the broken item and original shipping container for a fast replacement or complete refund.
